Wanted Duplicate

Reya: Mamma I want a duplicate of myself. The duplicate should look like me, be as big as me.
Me: That's called a twin.
Reya: I want a twin.
Me: Reya you can't have a twin now. A twin is a baby who is born with you, not later.
Reya: Two babies in the same tummy?
Me: Yes.
Reya: इतना बड़ा tummy!
